We accept a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and even boats. Donating your vehicle helps fund our vital services that connect Kansas City residents to essential benefits like SNAP and MO HealthNet. Whether your vehicle has seen better days or still has some mileage left, we’ll ensure it contributes to the community. Join us in making Kansas City a better place by donating nearly any drivable—or not—vehicle!

Commercial Vehicles
1995-present

Commercial vehicles are typically auctioned to small businesses or entrepreneurs. If they’re not running, they are usually used for parts or salvaged.

Local businesses thrive on reliable vehicles. Your donation can empower an entrepreneur in KC to grow their company!

Non-running Vehicles
1995-present

These vehicles may be recycled or stripped for parts if they can't be repaired. They still hold value, providing funding for our community programs.

Residents in Kansas City often face vehicle issues. Donating a non-running vehicle can still make a positive impact in the community.

Condition guide

At Wheels for Good, we understand that not all vehicles are created equal. We accept running vehicles, but we also welcome non-running ones. If your car has engine troubles or minor body damage but can still be driven, it’s a great candidate for donation. Even more damaged vehicles can be salvaged for parts, ensuring that they still contribute to local programs. Our team believes that every vehicle has value regardless of its condition.

However, some vehicles may not qualify for donation, particularly those that have been severely damaged or are deemed hazardous. Vehicles with salvage titles can generally be accepted but may have additional considerations. We evaluate each vehicle on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that your donation can make the most impact.
